Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

SteamIdlerMachine (“the Service”) is run by Bogdan Laiet, 11Trubys Garden, Milton Keynes, MK6 5HA, contact support@steamidlermachine.com. By creating an account or buying a package you agree to these terms. They don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. What the Service does

The Service keeps your Steam account signed in on our servers, reports the games you choose as being played, answers Steam chat messages with replies you configure, and reconnects your account after Steam disconnections. We don’t guarantee Steam will record any particular amount of playtime, or that Steam will keep allowing this kind of service.

3. Your Steam account

You must be allowed to use every Steam account you add and must follow Steam’s Subscriber Agreement. Sign-in happens through Steam: we never ask for your Steam password or Steam Guard codes. We store the session token Steam issues so we can reconnect your account. You can end it at any time from your account page or from Steam. SteamIdlerMachine is independent and isn’t endorsed by Valve.

4. Packages and payment

Monthly prices per Steam account. For your first account: Blue (7 games) $5.49, Yellow (16 games) $7.99, Red (32 games) $10.49. For each additional account: Blue $6.49, Yellow $9.49, Red $11.99. Prices are also fixed in euros and US dollars; the amount shown on our website in your chosen currency is exactly what you’re charged, including any discount, with no extra checkout fees or currency conversion charges from us. If we change a price, we tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. Packages renew monthly until cancelled. Each paid month gives 31 days of service from the start of that billing period, even when the calendar month is shorter. If you cancel, the service continues until those 31 days end.

Promo code IDLERMACHINE gives 50% off the first month of one package, once per Steam account (identified by its SteamID64). The free trial gives one game for 24 hours, once per Steam account. We may withdraw either offer for new sign-ups at any time.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your package then runs until the end of the period you paid for. Under UK consumer law you may have 14 days to cancel a new purchase. If you ask us to start the Service during that time, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided. You may also be entitled to a remedy if the Service isn’t provided with reasonable care and skill. Contact support@steamidlermachine.com to cancel or to ask for a refund.

6. Referral rewards

When someone signs up with your referral code and pays for their first package, you receive 2 bonus days that you can add to a paid account. Bonus days have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Self-referrals, fake accounts and reversed payments make rewards void.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running continuously but can’t promise it. Steam updates and maintenance, Steam requiring you to sign in again, and outages at our suppliers can interrupt it. Our AutoRestarter reconnects accounts automatically, but it can’t complete a sign-in that Steam requires you to approve.

8. Security and privacy

Keep your password safe and turn on two-factor sign-in. We process your email address, Steam ID, chosen games, chat bot settings and payment records as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your data.

9. Changes and disputes

We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
